Boot Hill Museum - Dodge City, KS

On Monday, June 3rd, we left Colorado. We drove through Kansas and spent the night in Dodge City.
At the Colorado-Kansas state line. Goodbye, Colorado!
 Hello, Kansas!
We visited the Boot Hill Museum in Dodge City. Here's a cute little outlaw...
 Let us out!

Lots of 'wild west' things in the museum...

Every time we walked by this buffalo, the ground would shake and we'd hear thundering hooves! Probably Gabriel's favorite ;-)

Warming his hands by the 'campfire'...

A room full of 'Gunsmoke' memorabilia (the show took place in Dodge City).

 Boot Hill Cemetery
Replicas of old western stores and saloons, very cool!
Inside the General Store.

 Haircut or a shave anyone?
Lots and lots of old guns...

 The bank
We purchased combo tickets, which included admission to the museum, dinner at the saloon, a gun show and a variety show.
 Yummy!

Old stove, young boy.

 Gabriel in a schoolroom!

 Time for the gun show!

 The pharmacy...for Oma ;-)

 The variety show

 And an old steam train!
