When we found out that there was one of the countries best dinosaur museums close to the cabin (Rocky Mountain Dinosaur Resource Center in Woodland Park), we just had to take Gabriel there!

Eleven Mile Canyon

On Friday, May 31st, we visited Eleven Mile Canyon, which was beautiful!

2 goose families!

 So pretty!

 We walked part of this trail, it was fun!

  We sat down on the rock behind Gabriel to eat our lunch...

Leadville Colorado & Southern Railroad

 On Thursday, May 30th, we went to Leadville, CO for a beautiful train ride through the mountains.
The drive to Leadville was beautiful too!

 On the way home we drove through some big mountains in the Breckenridge area.

 I wouldn't mind living here...

Almost 'home', but time to eat first at Lake George Pizza.
